LLCU takes the issue of Elder Abuse seriously. Learning to spot and protect our members from this abuse is apart of our regular staff training.

Elder Abuse can be caught early and quickly if you know what to keep an eye out for. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the Signs of Elder Abuse to help maintain the safety of your friends and family. To report suspected abuse, neglect, exploitation of and self-neglect of an older person, call the statewide, Illinois 24-hour Adult Protective Services Hotline: 1-866-800-1409.
